Once you've found the yacht or destination that suits your needs, simply contact us via phone or email to make a reservation. Our team of experienced professionals will work with you to customize your charter experience to suit your preferences, schedule, and budget. We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due prior to departure. We offer a variety of payment options, including EFT, credit card, and PayPal, to make the booking process as convenient as possible for you. Additionally, we highly recommend working with one of our charter specialists, who can provide expert advice and assistance in planning your itinerary, arranging for on-board amenities and activities, and handling any other details related to your charter.   • What is the reservation process?
    The reservation process for Boutique Yacht Charters is straightforward and easy. Firstly, you will need to choose a yacht from the fleet that best suits your needs and preferences. Once you have decided on a yacht, you can contact our team through email or phone to check availability, dates, and pricing. In order to secure the booking, a 50% deposit will be required. Our team will then send you a Charter Intake Form to be signed and returned. Before the charter period begins, the final payment of the remaining balance will be made. Our team will be more than happy to answer any additional questions or concerns that you may have during the reservation process.
  • Is there a deposit required?
    Yes, a deposit is required when booking with Boutique Yacht Charters. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due at least two weeks prior to your scheduled departure date. We accept payment via major credit cards, EFT, PayPal and others. Please note that your reservation is not considered confirmed until we receive your deposit. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of booking, we reserve the right to release the reservation. In the event of cancellation, our deposit policy is as follows: if you cancel your reservation more than 30 days in advance, we will refund your deposit. However, if you cancel your reservation less than 30 days in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the event of unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation.

This includes the rental of the yacht itself, captain and crew services, fuel, water sports equipment on board, and daily housekeeping. In addition, we provide freshly prepared meals during your trip. Depending on the package you choose, some may include drinks while others may not.     We require a 50% deposit to secure the yacht charter reservation. If the charter is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the embarkation date, the deposit will be refunded. However, if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the embarkation date, the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the embarkation date, the full charter fee will be due. Boutique Yacht Charters reserves the right to cancel the charter due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund of monies paid or a rescheduled charter date will be offered. Please note that any fees incurred by the yacht company or third-party providers at the time of cancellation will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or interruptions to their yacht charter.
  • What are the terms and conditions of the charter?
    All terms and conditions of your yacht charter will be covered in your Charter Intake Form, which will outline all the details regarding your trip, including payment schedules, cancellation policies, and any other terms and conditions specific to your charter. We highly recommend that you carefully read through the T&C's on the Charter Intake Form before signing to ensure that you understand all obligations and expectations during your charter. Our team will be available to answer any questions and assist with any concerns you may have before, during, and after your charter.
  • How is gratuity for the crew handled?
    We believe that gratuity should be earned and given at the discretion of the guests. We have found that this approach allows our crew to provide the highest level of service without the expectation of a pre-determined tip. However, should you feel inclined to tip the crew for their outstanding service, they will gladly accept gratuity ranging from 15% - 20% of the charter fee. The gratuity can be given directly to the crew or can be arranged through the charter consultant. We recommend discussing gratuity with your consultant prior to the trip to ensure that expectations are clear for both the crew and the guests.
  • What water toys and equipment are provided?
    The different listed yachts provide a selection of water toys and equipment onboard each of their yachts. The specific selection may vary depending on the yacht, but some examples include kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, wakeboards, water skis, snorkeling gear, and fishing equipment. Additionally, our yachts offer options for other water sports equipment such as jet skis, Seabobs, and diving equipment to be rented from service providers for an additional fee.
